7,000 Lives Await Water

In Abu Shateer Village, North Kordofan, over 7,000 people struggle daily to access safe water. Women and children walk long distances to fetch water, exposing them to danger and limiting opportunities for education and livelihoods.
This project aims to provide a safe, sustainable, and nearby water source by drilling a borehole and installing a solar-powered water system. The initiative will also include a storage tank and community training to ensure long-term operation and maintenance.
