About the Project

Rebuilding Gaza Through Skills, Dignity, and Sustainable Income

Project Title

Builders of Gaza’s Future – Integrated Digital & Vocational Empowerment Program (2025–2026)

Who We Are

Rushd Academy is an educational and empowerment initiative dedicated to equipping Gaza’s youth with practical, income-generating skills that restore dignity and create sustainable opportunities.

We believe education is not theoretical — it must lead to livelihood, resilience, and real economic participation.

Our focus is simple and urgent:

✔ Practical skills

✔ Direct pathways to income

✔ Blended digital & vocational training

✔ Sustainable impact beyond donations

Why This Project Matters

Youth unemployment in Gaza exceeds 70%, with widespread infrastructure destruction and limited access to stable income sources.

There is a clear gap between:

  • University graduates and market-ready skills

  • Traditional vocational workers and digital tools

  • Youth ambition and actual employment opportunities

Without intervention, thousands of young men and women remain dependent instead of productive contributors to reconstruction and economic recovery.

Our Solution

Builders of Gaza’s Future is an 18-month integrated training and employment program designed to:

  • Train 500 youth (60% male, 40% female)

  • Combine digital remote-work skills with local reconstruction skills

  • Connect graduates to real jobs, freelance platforms, and small business support

  • Provide seed funding for promising micro-projects

Graduates receive structured certification and professional mentorship.
