NGOs and Humanitarian Partners
Sabeeli builds a bridge between international funders and local implementers. Together, they design, fund, and deliver projects with full digital traceability.
International NGO Partner
A registered NGO or charity outside the local country that uses Sabeeli to fund or sponsor projects and work with Local Partner NGOs.
Key Activities:
- Submits Projects / RFQs with target budgets and objectives
- Selects or assigns Local Partner NGOs to implement on the ground
- Monitors implementation and reports via Sabeeli ERP & Marketplace
Local Partner NGO
A local NGO or charity in the target country/region that implements projects on the ground and manages its own campaigns and programs through Sabeeli.
Key Activities:
- Applies for and implements International Projects
- Creates Local Projects & Campaigns
- Uses Sabeeli to manage beneficiaries, procurement, and reporting
- Can receive a dedicated NGO website on
yourngo.sabeeli.org
Donors
Donors power the work. Sabeeli gives both individual and institutional donors a transparent way to support projects and see real impact.
Individual Donor
A person who donates to campaigns and projects through Sabeeli.
What They Do:
- Supports specific Campaigns or Projects
- Can sponsor individual beneficiaries (e.g., orphans, families, students)
- Follows impact reports and receives confirmation and receipts
Institutional Donor
An organization (company, foundation, government body, or bank) that provides funding via Sabeeli.
What They Do:
- Funds larger campaigns or projects
- May also act as an International NGO Partner in some cases
- Uses Sabeeli for transparency, auditability, and measurable impact
Volunteers
Volunteers amplify reach and impact. They contribute time, skills, and voiceโboth locally and internationally.
Local Volunteer
A person in the local country or community who donates their time and skills to support a Local Partner NGO.
Examples of Activities:
- Helps with field work and distributions
- Supports events, workshops, and community outreach
- Assists with office tasks, data collection, and follow-up
International Volunteer
A person outside the local country who donates their time and expertise to support Sabeeli or International NGO Partners.
Examples of Activities:
- Provides marketing, content creation, advocacy, and social media
- Acts as an online ambassador or influencer for causes and campaigns
- Offers professional skills (design, translation, digital strategy, etc.)
Causes, Projects, and Campaigns
Sabeeli organizes work from the big picture (Causes) down to specific funded activities (Projects) and public fundraising pages (Campaigns).

The main area of need under which related projects and campaigns are grouped. It answers: "What are we trying to solve?"
Examples:
- Orphan Sponsorship in Gaza
- Emergency Winterization for Refugee Families
- Safe Water for Rural Communities
- Education Support for Displaced Children

A structured program with a defined budget, timeline, location, and target beneficiaries. It answers: "What exactly will we do, where, for whom, and with how much money?"
International Project (Sponsored Project)
- Created and funded by an International NGO Partner or Institutional Donor
- Implemented by one or more Local Partner NGOs
- Tracked through Sabeeli ERP & Marketplace
Local Project
- Created and managed by a Local Partner NGO
- May seek funding from individual or institutional donors
- Also tracked through Sabeeli's tools

A public fundraising page that collects donations for a specific Project or Cause. It answers: "How do we raise the money?"
- Shows the story, images, videos, and progress
- Has a fundraising goal (amount or number of beneficiaries)
- Open to individual and institutional donors worldwide
- Can be promoted by volunteers and partners
Example Structure:
Project: 1,000 Orphans Sponsorship โ Gaza (12-month program)
Campaign: "Help Us Sponsor 1,000 Orphans in Gaza"
Marketplace Partners
Marketplace partners supply the goods and services needed to make projects real โ with every order traceable in Sabeeli.

A company that sells physical goods to NGOs and projects through Sabeeli Marketplace.
Examples:
- Food baskets and staple items
- Medical and hygiene kits
- Shelter materials and winter kits
- School supplies and learning materials
All orders generate invoices, receipts, and delivery notes stored in the system.
๐ง Service Provider (Services)
A company or organization that offers services to support project implementation.
Examples:
- Logistics and transportation
- Warehousing and storage
- Field survey teams and data collection
- Installation, maintenance, training, and more
Service RFQs, offers, and proof of completion are all managed inside Sabeeli for full accountability.
